2024-2025 District Goals

• Bring Training to the Clubs: Enhance and Expand Access to District Resources and Experts
• Deliver New Member Orientation to Clubs: Focus on recruitment and retention
• Increase net membership by 104 (net 2 new members per Club)
• Charter 4 new Clubs in District
• Explore Ways to Enhance Rotary Public Image
• Link Foundation giving with District and Global Grant projects
• Increase Annual Fund Giving by 10%
• Increase Endowment Fund Giving by 10%
• Increase the number of PolioPlus Society members to at least 50 (+5 per Club)
• Increase the number of new Paul Harris Society members by 10 (+5 per Club)
• Increase the number Rotarians enrolled in Rotary Direct by 10% (+5 per Club)
• Contribute to PolioPlus at $30 per person or $1500 per club
• Increase the number of Club grant requests by 5
• 75% of Clubs enter at least 5 Goals in Rotary Club Central
